Pro4Soft Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our P4W Mobile application and P4Warehouse platform.

1. Mobile Application Permissions
The P4W Mobile application requires certain device permissions to provide warehouse management functionality. We do not collect or store personal data. The following permissions are used solely for operational purposes:
We request access to your device camera for the following purposes:
- Barcode and QR Code Scanning: To scan product barcodes, location codes, license plate numbers (LPNs), and other warehouse identifiers for inventory and logistics operations.
- Photo Capture: To document warehouse operations, capture proof of delivery, record product conditions, and provide visual verification when required by your workflow.
Camera data is processed locally on your device for scanning purposes. Any photos taken within the application are used solely for business operations managed by your organization. We do not collect or store personal images or biometric data.
The application may access GPS location for business purposes as configured by your organization's system administrators:
- Delivery Visibility: Real-time tracking of delivery routes and driver locations to provide accurate ETAs and shipment visibility to customers and dispatchers.
- Administrative Control: Your organization's administrators determine whether location services are enabled and how location data is used within the platform.
Location data is collected and managed solely for the business purposes of your organization (tenant). Pro4Soft Inc. does not collect or store location data for its own purposes. We do not track, profile, or store your personal location history. Location collection settings are controlled by your organization's system administrators.
The application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. Notifications may include:
- Task Notifications: Real-time alerts about new tasks and updates.
- User Messages: Messages from other users within your organization.
- System Alerts: Important system announcements and operational updates.
Push notifications require a device token managed by Firebase. The Firebase device token is an opaque identifier issued by Google and is not linked to user identity by Pro4Soft. We do not use notifications to collect personal data or track user behavior. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.
The application uses Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application stability. In the event of an application crash, the following anonymous, non-personal technical data may be sent:
- Device Information: Device type and operating system version.
- Error Data: Anonymous error logs and stack traces.
This information is used solely for debugging and improving application reliability. Crash reports do not contain any personal information, user identifiers, or business data.
The application may capture digital signatures for business operations such as:
- Proof of Delivery: Recipient signatures for shipment confirmation.
- Authorization: Approvals for warehouse operations as required by your organization.
Digital signatures are used solely for business operations managed by your organization. We do not collect or use signatures for personal identification purposes.
2. No Collection of Personal Information
The P4W Mobile application and P4Warehouse platform are designed to operate without collecting personal data from users. Specifically:
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
- We do not track your personal browsing habits or app usage patterns.
- We do not create personal profiles or store personal preferences.
- We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data.
User accounts and credentials are managed by your organization (employer) through their own systems. Any business data processed through the application belongs to and is controlled by your organization.
3. Cookies and Log Files
Our web platform and services may use cookies and log files to collect certain information automatically:
- IP Address: Your Internet Protocol address for security and geographic analysis.
- Operating System: Information about your device's operating system.
- Connection Time: Timestamps of your connections to our services.
- Browser Information: Browser type and version for compatibility purposes.
This information is collected for statistical analysis, security monitoring, and service improvement. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect certain functionality of our web platform.
4. No Sharing of Personal Information
Since we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to share with third parties.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not share your data with data brokers.
- We do not use your data for marketing purposes.
Business operational data processed through the application is controlled by your organization and is subject to your organization's own data policies.
5. Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal information, we do not retain personal data.
- Business Data: Operational business data is managed and retained by your organization according to their own policies.
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash reports may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes. These contain no personal information.
6. Data Hosting
Business operational data processed through the P4Warehouse platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Canadian data center regions (Canada Central and Canada East). Microsoft Azure maintains industry-leading security certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 27018, SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA, and PIPEDA compliance.
The mobile application uses Firebase services for push notifications and crash reporting. These services process only anonymous technical data and do not receive personal information.
7. Your Rights
Because Pro4Soft does not collect personal information from end users (see Section 2), we do not hold personal data on which to act on individual rights requests. Any business or operational data processed through the P4Warehouse platform is owned and controlled by your organization (the tenant) that operates the account.
If you wish to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, please contact your organization's administrator. Your organization is the data controller and is responsible for handling such requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for use in professional warehouse and logistics environments by adult employees. We do not target or market our services to children.
- Age Restriction: Our services are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age (or 13 years in jurisdictions where COPPA applies).
- No Knowing Collection: We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 16.
- Parental Rights: If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through our services, please contact us immediately at support@pro4soft.com.
- Prompt Deletion: If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
Our application complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations in other jurisdictions.

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect business data processed through our platform:
- Encryption: All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
- Access Controls: Strict access controls with role-based permissions.

This Privacy Policy and our data processing practices are governed by:
